About the course
UTP: Science is equivalent to the first year of your undergraduate science studies. Upon completion of the programme, you will be eligible to progress to the second year of the Bachelor of Science degree or the Bachelor of Data Science degree, and you will be able to choose from a variety of specialisations.
UCIC’s University Transfer Programme: Science is a NZQA approved Training Scheme. This does not lead to a formal qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework. The University Transfer Programme: Science may be used for progression requirements under a pathway arrangement between UCIC and UC, subject to final approval by the University of Canterbury.
